AI Assistant

ProcFu’s AI Assistant brings the power of ChatGPT into all of your Podio Workspaces.

To get the AI Assistant:

1. Enable AI Assistance for your organization under Account settings in your ProcFu Account

2. Add “ai@procfu.com” as a client user to your workspaces in Podio (since it’s an external client, there are no billing ramifications)

3. Start using AI

You can engage the AI in 2 ways:

1. @mention the AI user (AI by ProcFu) in any Item comment

2. Assign a task to the AI user on any item

The context provided to the AI is not just the item you’re currently on, but also a summary of all related items.

So if you’re asking about a specific project, the AI will know about the milestones; or if you’re asking about an invoice, the AI will know about all the line items, etc.

The AI can read and analyze your Podio data out of the box. You can also enable write tools (create items, assign tasks, add comments, etc.) on the Account → AI Assistant settings page.
